Please understand this journal, "analog" will only serve the purpose of an archive.
As you may notice I have alreayd added some of the people from the analog friends list, however I cannot add you all. It is just TOO tedious! Roolly hard work.
I hope you enjoy my new journal, "cratercooch", and I hope to hear from you all soon.

Hey World!
Well, i'm back. Not dressed in black but rather a gentle shade of pastel blue. I'm also carrying my oversized dollywood tote. Y'know - the one that when i wear out everybody feels the necessity to ask, "What is in that" or "Why are you carrying that?". My parents bought it for me when they went to Dollywood in August. but if you didnt know that you must of been talking to me with cotton wool in your ears for the last two months. Did I tell you my parents went to Dollywood?
I recall the days when this journal was thriving and extremely outrageous. Everybody just HAD to read it! I often had people appraoching me about the entries on this page. My most fond memory was being drunk and while urinating at the ding dong lounge. A complete stranger questioned me and test me on the validity of my entries. He was obsessed. I too can remeber being completely obsessed. Obsessed with my life, my words, myself and this very journal!!!!!!!! I would often log onto the internet at school during class break and sometimes even when i was out on the town, just to skim through my wordcraft or to see who has replied.
There was a time not long ago when I tried to delete this journal, and not to mention my other two: "Bloodlusting" and "viviano". I managed and decided to salvage "bloodlusting" and this one, (Analog - the journal of alex vivian) but honey, i let "viviano" go to the dogs. Although all completely true (the journal of viviano), the tales sounded too tall, and the stories as stretched as some old brittle elastic. Elastica.....cool. Also, I have a bit of a reputation for wading in the pool of lies so I've just gotsta watch myself.
I will be keeping this journal up as a memory of my wild days and to chronicle my entries. People need to be able to find this through google. Within the next couple of months, the cream of these entries will be moved over to my own personal .com. This will be an avenue for my lyrics, photographs, writings, illustrations, mp3s, paintings and a new journal doccumenting the making of my upcoming album to be released on Chpater records. This site will indeed be your new main haunt!
Desperate and obsessed,
21 and wild forever Forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a tutorial early tomorrow, at like 10am with Jon Campbell. I'm like, what the! I was desperate to not go to this mornings ceramic class. there is only 4 ppl in our class, including Billie Stone and this annoying, young camp boy who wears ugh boots and a rainbow knitted beanie. Ugh, can't believe I just wrote that. last night luke and luella and I, plus our houseguest - lee from sydney watched the crumb doccumentry on dvd. I saw it a while ago when i lived in new zealand with the gays but went to sleep during it. I enjoyed the second half and couldnt really remember alot of the film, anyway. On saturday morning I saw "the taking of patty hearst" as a part of the film festival. i think it is the only film i will be seeing. i wanted to see the moodists doccumentry but I have heard bad reports. Desperate for something new and exciting. -Alex Vivian

Today one of my teachers recorded a couple of my songs for me. They turned out ok, but I was nervous because of the intimate nature of them and i think the vocals seemed a little forced. Last week i saw Belle and sebastian and i am thinking of going to see the lucksmiths this saturday night though i probably will not make it.

Desperate for a glimpse of Jackie with his train tracks removed! Plz post a pic! This week I am meant to be meeting with the guy from meredith music festival to discuss payments/ and where I would fit on the bill. I am always notoriously bad in these "professional" kind of situations. Perhaps Ben Oconnor can be my manager, just to make sure I dont get dibbed over. Like the bourgie days. ugh, the worst bar in melbourne hands down! Also, I am feeling alot of pressure esp when the meredith man says things to me like "we can discuss what kind of set that you could play that could be apporpriate" etc etc. What If I have completely changed (again) by the time the festival comes around. Desperate to know what international acts will be on the bill. Hopefully it will not be too blokey, etc etc. Also worried about being "hyped" cause honey those days are over. That was Viviano, I am always now.
In other news, I've been recording some songs, very crudely, like straight onto tape that I will have ready soon.

Sunday I played as "Always" at Good Morning Captain with Kiosk, Pre-teen braves and Hit the jackpot. I was extremely nervous and did not look at the audience once. Played drums facing the wall. This was kind of due to the fact that my lyrics were dirty and I felt bad singing them in front of the pre-teen braves parents. Esp "forever young", an original song "Do you wanna be forever young/ Young dumb and full of cum", but mostly esp the descenedents cover, "Parents/ why wont they shut up/ Parents/ Theyre so fucked up." Personally I try to refrain from using the "f" word in conversation or even in song, but it's a cover so I guess it is different.
"Father and Son" An original song by Alex Vivian - Always
His father was a mousatched man Who dressed up in the leather He called himself a beary bear But really it's the pleather He said, "I like dressing in tight black leather and wearing the flanelette. I like men who look like me who are big and hairy like me. I know a place where you can go where men are eager for you. You'd almost look jailbait, compared to all the old men.
Down by the river there's a toilet block the men'll take you over treat you like you were rover There's five men for every man. There's five men for every man."
Aaaaaaaaaaaaah, aah, aaah, aaah, ahh Aaaaaaaaaaaaah, aah, aaah, aaah, ahh
Desperate for it? My last couple of weeks have been wild. Too much alcohol, or "amber ale" as Jack Mannix would say. School goes back next week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the coolies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's the last official day of classes, and finally I have finished all my work. I hate to think about my transformation over the last couple of weeks as the essay obsessed university freak, but it had to be done. not that I really did it very well. With the standard of my written work, I felt 12! Tonight Tanith and I are going out for pizza, I think we will both get a large mexican style at Umago. The one with cornchips and sourcream and stuff all over it. However, I will miss the adition of rock salt that tanith normally has at her house.

Last night at work one of the supervisors accused me of staring at him as he walked up and down the asiles checking on survey progress. This is the same man, Mike, who accused me of being stoned a couple of months ago as I was rubbing my red irritated eyes. As he questioned me I looked away and could feel him in return staring at me and could only snicker. After around 10 seconds he walked away in a huff and I spy him reporting the problem to the other supervisors. The other 2 supervisors who for the whole shift slop in front of their computers half asleep gobbling cheap cheese treats and obsessively checking their hotmail accounts seemed non interested. This morning I was payed finally by my work so I treated myself to lunch out which I do every day anyway because I am always desperate to reward myself. I had a roast lamb gravy sandwich with extra meat, salt and pork crackling. Later on I picked up an upsized large coke with extra ice from hungry jacks and hung out at HMV on the listening blocks. kisses! alex james vivian

The buzz on me is that I've just gotsta get me some kind of new bag. I'm so over my bakers delight tote bag, and it has only proved to cause embarressment as of late. Plastic Bags are never heavy enough anymore, and honey I don't do backpacks. Desperate for a dark coloured tote bag with no zip. Preferably in a thick material. Not cheesecloth like my present one. kisses! alex james

Luella and I have been working so hard. Luella was riding on the essay train all weekend and I wouldve been too but all I could do was watch television and constantly nap and sleep for way too long. However, she was a good influence on me and I finished one of my essays today that are all due by friday. Tonight is work from 5-10, as is every monday. I look forward to getting food somewhere before hand. Long weekend starts this friday, I hope to have all my essays finished so I can do something and not have school lurching over my shoulder like some big pulsating growth.

School is nearly over for the semester and I get a months break. I am enjoying what I am working on at the moment and I am liking how "Always" is going as a music project. I have to perform on thursday night at the vca gallery with a bunch of fezzas, which sucks, but harriet is djing so it will be good. She has newly found the smiths and morrissey, even though she has been friends with me for like over a year, and im sure she'll be floggin some smiths songs. My keyboard is broken. The sound is stuffed, I need to get it fixed. What are solme suggestions to go to? Am desperate to borrow someones keyboard for thursday nights performance. Nobody seems to have one that is of moderate size and has a lead input. boohoo, the expression, not the band. Always, Always

Hi, it's me. Well it's been a while. Woah! I've just been soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo busy. No time to do anything else! Right now I am sipping on a Grape energy drink and I am wearing so much lip gloss my mouth looks like it is a piece of jelly. But with yellow teeth inside and a big gap in the middle of them. Also bad breath and stubble surrounding them. I am performing as "Always" this friday night at the your wedding ngiht cd launch. You will all be suprised and in love with my new songs. "Forever young" "Alarm (no need for)" "Woah, its the youth" "parents". I will not be playing 21 and wild. Perhpas as a part of my encore show. You will be alarmed at the serious nature of my set. Exqueeze me please its 12:15 and im late for the classes. Always, Always.
